About Capital Catering

Tony Drake, owner of Capital Catering, started catering over ten years ago with several small contracts with the United States Marine Corps. Since then, By providing an excellent product with impeccable service, Capital Catering has grown to employee 12 full time employees and an additional 25 on call employees. We serve an average of 450 meals every day through our various contracts and outside events. We have served events as large as the Marine Corps Ball and the Field of Flight Air Show and Balloon Festival to simple luncheon meetings for 10 people.
